submitted by Johnny G. - |Recommended: YesGreat place to live — I’ve been a resident for almost a month, and so far it’s the best apartment property I’ve lived in. Granted, I’m from LA, but it’s still a pretty awesome place to live.
submitted by Christopher B. - |Recommended: YesGreat place to live — I moved here from a complex in Boise that I had been in for 7 years. Red Tail pricing is much better, especially if you consider it by the square foot. The grounds keeping is superb. All of the staff are very professional and polite. Tenants are very nice people. The pool area is amazing. I live on the West side of the complex and the traffic noise from Meridian can be a bit much at times, but I got used to it.
submitted by Maddie C. - |Recommended: YesReview — I enjoy that the outside of apt and around the building is kept clean and maintenance is always super helpful as well as the front lobby. During the winter the hot tub could be turned up a couple of degrees. I also wish the lawn care service did not blow the leaves on to our bottom floor porch it's very hard to clean.

With a short pool season, and a lot of families in the complex, it would be nice if the pool was kept heated so we could actually use it the entire time it is open. Because of the cool nights, the water is far too cold to enjoy until the end of July and August

I hardly ever hear my neighbors Great construction. The location is perfect and the whole property is kept up sp well Thanks for everything you do
submitted by Homer A. - |Recommended: YesLET THERE BE LIGHT — we have 2 side wall lights out...we walk our dog during night. we feel a danger as we are pretty much in the dark...we have asked a few times i have a saying in business, the only way to get it done, is to get it done even if so called parts needed, you hand 2 very inexpensive dual flood light bulbs until parts are in...just sayin... we also have bulbs out under our car port. we also have a light fixture hanging by it's electrical wire in side of car port...all reported, all remain... other than lighting, red tail is incredible... we appreciate all who help make this place special homer joni
